TIMING: It takes approximately 4-10 weeks from the inception of a custom project to be completed. This can vary depending on how many design iterations occur, how difficult it is to source an alternative gemstone, how long it takes you to select a stone or make a decision on a design. If you are on a tight timeline, please contact hello@asjewelrydesign.com to see if we can meet your deadline. We can go over all of this in more detail in your complimentary consultation.

 

SHIPPING: We can provide shipping on any of our custom pieces for a highly discounted rate that will be fully insured through your choice of Fedex or UPS. We will provide an exact quote and confirm that someone will be available for an adult signature prior to shipping. We cannot ship any of these pieces without requiring an adult signature at the time of delivery. 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: We do not accept returns or exchanges on engagement and wedding band collection pieces, custom, personalized and final sale merchandise.
