Please note: Due to high demand, we are limiting the number of custom consultations we take each month to ensure every client receives the highest level of attention and service. We are open by appointment only and are currently accepting all new custom design projects as well as heirloom ring redesigns. All other heirloom redesign projects are on hold for now.

A FEW THINGS TO REMEMBER
1. While the welding process only takes a minute, fitting & choosing the bracelets/charms can take time. Please allow up to 30 minutes when getting your permanent jewelry.
2. We can only hold your spot in line if you are present.
3. Anyone under 18 will be required to have a parent or guardian present (or bring in a signed waiver).
4. We don’t recommend this process if you are allergic to gold.
5. All Permanent Jewelry Sales are final.
